US media- Israeli Prime Minister has approved the target of retaliatory strikes against Iran
According to a report by ABC News citing Israeli sources, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has approved a list of targets for a retaliatory strike against Iran. The sources did not provide further specifics about the targets, including whether they are military installations. Additionally, there has been no timeline disclosed for the execution of this strike plan.
So far, Israeli officials have not responded to this claim.
Previously, on the evening of October 1, Iran fired a large number of ballistic missiles at Israel in response to the killing of Hezbollah leader Nasrallah and others. Netanyahu stated that Iran would “pay the price” for this attack.
On October 16, the office of Iranian Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian revealed that he had a phone conversation with UN Secretary-General António Guterres, in which he warned that if Israel carried out attacks on Iran in retaliation for the missile strikes, Iran would respond decisively.
