China Construction Bank was invited to attend the 2024 China Top 500 Private Enterprises Press Conference

On October 12, the 2024 China Top 500 Private Enterprises Conference was held in Lanzhou, Gansu Province. Wang Bing, a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Construction Bank, attended the event and delivered a speech on behalf of the bank.

In his address, Wang emphasized that the private economy has become a driving force in advancing China’s modernization and a crucial foundation for high-quality development. He noted that an increasing number of the top 500 private enterprises are making strides toward becoming world-class companies. Wang highlighted that the Construction Bank will continue to align itself with the building of a modern industrial system, actively embrace new productive forces, and promote the integration of commercial and investment banking while focusing on both domestic and foreign currency operations. This will enable the bank to comprehensively meet the diverse financial needs of private enterprises and support the private economy in achieving high-quality growth.

Since initiating a comprehensive strategic partnership with the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce in 2020, the collaboration has deepened over time. Leveraging the enterprise comprehensive service system and a regular empowerment mechanism as core strategies, both parties have unified their understanding at various levels. This has resulted in a dynamic cooperation model characterized by the integration of online and offline channels and localized cooperation initiatives, such as the “financial guide.”

The summit, themed “Promoting the Spirit of Reform and Building First-Class Enterprises,” saw the release of the 2024 China Top 500 Private Enterprises list, the Top 500 Private Manufacturing Enterprises list, and the Top 100 Private Service Enterprises list. Additionally, the “2024 Research and Analysis Report on China’s Top 500 Private Enterprises” was unveiled.
